- Oats1/3 cup, old fashioned rolled
- Flax seeds1 tablespoon

- Berries1 cup
- Walnuts1 tablespoon, crushed (optional)

Steps
- 1. Bring the soymilk to a boil. Add the oats, and then lower the heat. Cook the oats for about 4-5 minutes or until soft.
- 2. Add the ground flaxseed and cinnamon and stir together. Remove the oats from the heat. Top with bananas, berries, and walnuts. Add additional soymilk, if desired for thinning. Enjoy!
