Ingredients
- Almonds1 1/2 cups
- Date1 cup, pitted
- Blueberries1 cup dried
- Prunes1/2 cup
Common allergens (USDA)
Recommended after 12 months old
Steps
- 1. In a food processor, blend the almonds until fine like flour. Adjust the almond flour so it does not stick under the blade, make it loose.
- 2. Process the almond flour and the rest of the ingredients until mixed together well. It may be helpful to do this in small batches.
- 3. Line a pan with parchment paper or use a glass baking dish, and add the mixture to the pan. Spread-out the mixture using the back of a spoon or clean hands, try to make it as even as possible. Place into the fridge to allow it to set. Once ready, slice the bars into desired sizes (10 large bars or about 30 bit-seized bars). Store remaining bars in the refrigerator or freezer.
