Ingredients
- White rice1/2 cup
- Brown rice1/2 cup
- Chickenshredded
- Fish, tunatinned
- Green peasfrozen peas
- Carrotsfinely chopped
- Red bell pepperfinely chopped
- Cucumberfinely chopped
- Cheesechopped
- Chiveschopped
- Vegetable stock powder1 tbsp

Steps
- 1. Combine white and brown rice with stock powder, and cook according to instructions on the packet of brown rice.
- 2. Mix the cooked rice 2-3 of the suggested fillings of your choice.
- 3. Roll into small bite-sized balls and place into pattie cases.
- 4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and use as needed.
