Ingredients

  • White rice1/2 cup
  • Brown rice1/2 cup
  • Chickenshredded
  • Fish, tunatinned
  • Green peasfrozen peas
  • Carrotsfinely chopped
  • Red bell pepperfinely chopped
  • Cucumberfinely chopped
  • Cheesechopped
  • Chiveschopped
  • Vegetable stock powder1 tbsp

Steps

  1. 1. Combine white and brown rice with stock powder, and cook according to instructions on the packet of brown rice.
  2. 2. Mix the cooked rice 2-3 of the suggested fillings of your choice.
  3. 3. Roll into small bite-sized balls and place into pattie cases.
  4. 4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and use as needed.
