These little meatloaves are made with beef mince and topped with mustard, cheese and tomato sauce. Kids will love the mini portions. Any leftovers can be sliced and popped in sambos for their lunch boxes the next day. Source: kidspot
Ingredients
- Ground beef0.5 lb
- Egg1
- Cheese1/2 cup, grated
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Spices, black pepper1/2 tsp
- Spices, ground mustard2 tbs
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Spices, black pepper1/2 tsp

Steps
- 1. Bake for 20 minutes.
- 2. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
- 3. In a bowl combine the beef mince, egg, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup of cheese and breadcrumbs.
- 4. Shape the mixture into 4 loaves or press into the individual slots of an oiled muffin tin.
- 5. Brush the top of each little meatloaf with 1 tsp of mustard and 1 tsp of tomato sauce each. Place a quarter of the cheese on the top of each mini-loaf.
- 6. Add toppings of your choice, such as tomato sauce, mustard, or cheese
