Ingredients
- Chea seeds3 tablespoons
- Mango1.5 cups
- Lemon juice1 teaspoon
- Date2, pitted, soaked for 10 min in hot water
- Apricot3 ripe, pitted
- Plum3 ripe, pitted
- Peach3 ripe, pitted
- Cherries2 cups, pitted

Steps
- 1. In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds and 1/4 cup water and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes to thicken.
