Ingredients

  • Chea seeds3 tablespoons
  • Mango1.5 cups
  • Lemon juice1 teaspoon
  • Date2, pitted, soaked for 10 min in hot water
  • Apricot3 ripe, pitted
  • Plum3 ripe, pitted
  • Peach3 ripe, pitted
  • Cherries2 cups, pitted

Steps

  1. 1. In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds and 1/4 cup water and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes to thicken.
