Ingredients

  • Date1 cup, chopped
  • Spinach1/4 cup, chopped, finely sliced
  • Almonds1 1/4 cups almond meal (grounded almond)
  • Beets1/4 cup, finely grated
  • Shredded coconut1 cup
  • Chia seeds2 tbs
  • Shredded coconut1/2 cup

Steps

  1. 1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed food processor and process until smooth.
  2. 2. Roll into little balls and then roll the balls in the shredded coconut.
  3. 3. Place bliss balls in freezer and leave to set for 1 hour.
