Always handy to have flat bread in the freezer for pizzas, wraps or dipping. The kids love these easy pizzas. Source: kidspot

Ingredients

  • Carrots1 pc (grated)
  • Kidney beans1/2 can (drained)
  • Broccoli, raw1/2 head (finely chopped)
  • Green peas1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese1 cup
  • Bread6 pack
  • Tomato sauce1 cup

Steps

  1. 1. Repeat with remaining flat breads.
  2. 2. Bake on a tray in the oven until cheese has melted.
  3. 3. Preheat oven on fan forced grill.
  4. 4. Toast one side of the bread under the grill lightly. Remove from oven
  5. 5. Top uncooked side with 2 tablespoons of sauce per bread.
  6. 6. Sprinkle ingredients of choice on bread and add mozzarella cheese.
