Ingredients
- Carrots1 pc (grated)
- Kidney beans1/2 can (drained)
- Broccoli, raw1/2 head (finely chopped)
- Green peas1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese1 cup
- Bread6 pack
- Tomato sauce1 cup

Steps
- 1. Repeat with remaining flat breads.
- 2. Bake on a tray in the oven until cheese has melted.
- 3. Preheat oven on fan forced grill.
- 4. Toast one side of the bread under the grill lightly. Remove from oven
- 5. Top uncooked side with 2 tablespoons of sauce per bread.
- 6. Sprinkle ingredients of choice on bread and add mozzarella cheese.
