  • Biscuit20 crackers
  • Yogurt10 tbsp
  • Honeydrizzle
  • Spices, cinnamonsprinkle

Steps

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
  2. 2. Peel and core the apples, then cut into 5mm-thick slices. Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Assemble bites by layering a biscuit, a slice of apple, a spoonful of yoghurt, a drizzle of honey, a shake of cinnamon and another biscuit on top.
