Ingredients
- Potato1 small piece, peeled, chopped
- Carrots1 small piece, peeled, chopped
- Corn1 small piece, kernels removed, cob discarded
- Sweet potato1 small piece, peeled, chopped

Steps
- 1. STOVE TOP OR OVEN: Combine vegetables in a pot of boiling water and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until tender and soft. Drain, reserving a little of the cooking liquid.
- 2. Blend or process vegetables with reserved liquid, until smooth and combined.
- 3. Use immediately or freeze in ice cube trays for later use.
- 4. MICROWAVE: Combine vegetables in a microwave-safe container, cover with a little cling wrap, leaving a corner uncovered for steam to escape. Cook on HIGH for around 5 minutes. Check if cooked through, stir and continue for another minute if still not soft and tender.
- 5. Blend or process vegetables until smooth and combined.
- 6. Use immediately or freeze in ice cube trays for later use.
