Ingredients
- Tomatoes6 pieces
- Brown sugar12 tsp
- Garlic6 cloves, halved
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Balsamic vinegar1/4 cup

Steps
- 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray a baking dish with canola oil.
- 2. Cut tomatoes into halves horizontally and place in baking dish.
- 3. Place 1 tsp of brown sugar on each tomato.
- 4. Place half a garlic clove on top of each tomato.
- 5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and then olive oil.
- 6. Bake for 45 mins - 1 hour.
