Ingredients

  • Tomatoes6 pieces
  • Brown sugar12 tsp
  • Garlic6 cloves, halved
  • Olive oil1/4 cup
  • Balsamic vinegar1/4 cup

Steps

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray a baking dish with canola oil.
  2. 2. Cut tomatoes into halves horizontally and place in baking dish.
  3. 3. Place 1 tsp of brown sugar on each tomato.
  4. 4. Place half a garlic clove on top of each tomato.
  5. 5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and then olive oil.
  6. 6. Bake for 45 mins - 1 hour.
