Ingredients
- Peach1 piece
- Pear1 piece, peel, quartered, cored, finely chopped
- Banana1 piece

Steps
- 1. Score an “X” into the side of the peach and lie, X-side down, in a small saucepan of water (the water should come no more than halfway up the peach).
- 2. Bring the water to a boil and simmer the peaches for around 5 minutes or until softened.
- 3. Remove peach from the water and, once cool enough to handle, peel away the skin and remove the stone. Discard skin and stone. Chop peach.
- 4. Blend or process peach, pear and banana until smooth and combined.
- 5. Use immediately or freeze in ice cube trays for later use.
