A little bit tropical, this combo is a triple hit of fibre, potassium and vitamin C. A frozen cube stuffed into a fruit net will also help alleviate teething pain. Source: kidspot

Ingredients

  • Peach1 piece
  • Pear1 piece, peel, quartered, cored, finely chopped
  • Banana1 piece

Common allergens (USDA)

Recommended after 12 months old

Steps

  1. 1. Score an “X” into the side of the peach and lie, X-side down, in a small saucepan of water (the water should come no more than halfway up the peach).
  2. 2. Bring the water to a boil and simmer the peaches for around 5 minutes or until softened.
  3. 3. Remove peach from the water and, once cool enough to handle, peel away the skin and remove the stone. Discard skin and stone. Chop peach.
  4. 4. Blend or process peach, pear and banana until smooth and combined.
  5. 5. Use immediately or freeze in ice cube trays for later use.
