Ingredients
- Beans400 g
- Fish, tuna185 g, drained
- Parsley1/4 cup, chopped
- Parmasan cheese1 cup, (freshly grated)
- Egg1 piece
- Olive oil3 tbs
- Mayonnaise(*to serve)
- Lemon(*to serve)
- Breadcrumbs1/4 cup

Steps
- 1. Drain and rinse beans.
- 2. In a large bowl, mash the beans roughly with a fork.
- 3. Combine with tuna, parsley and parmesan.
- 4. Season well with salt and pepper.
- 5. Beat in egg, then mix in 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. If mixture is too wet, add more crumbs.
- 6. Form into patties, approximately 1/4 cup each. Coat lightly in extra breadcrumbs.
- 7. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frypan and fry patties two at a time over gentle heat until lightly brown.
- 8. Repeat with remaining oil and patties.
- 9. Serve with lemon wedges and mayonnaise.
