- Apple2 pieces, peeled, quartered, cored, sliced
- Water2 cups

Steps
- 1. In a medium saucepan, bring apples and water to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the apples are very soft.
- 2. Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
- 3. Blend or process until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine sieve, if desired.
- 4. Use immediately or freeze in ice cube trays for later use.
