Little quiches are the ideal food for little hands to hold, making these mini quiches the perfect recipe to pack into school lunch boxes. Cook them the night before or make ahead and freeze. Pack 2-3 of them with some carrot sticks and cherry tomatoes for a wholesome lunch. Not just for lunch boxes, you can also serve these delicious quiches at your next picnic or as finger food for a casual party. We love how versatile the recipe is, easily swap the zucchini for grated or chopped mushroom, the ham for crispy bacon, or serve them with a dollop of sour cream or pesto.
