Steps

  1. 1. Wash the apple, cut the apple to the appropriate size (see image above), and peel the skin off.
  2. 2. For a baby under 12 months, steam the apple for 15 minutes or until it becomes soft. Make sure that it is cooled before serving.
  3. 4. Serve the slices immediately to prevent browning.
