Steps
- 1. Wash the apple, cut the apple to the appropriate size (see image above), and peel the skin off.
- 2. For a baby under 12 months, steam the apple for 15 minutes or until it becomes soft. Make sure that it is cooled before serving.
- 4. Serve the slices immediately to prevent browning.
