Ingredients
- Green peas1 cup
- Breastmilk1/4 cup

Steps
- 1. Rinse and drain the peas if using frozen.
- 2. Place the peas in a steamer basket and steam for 10-15 minutes, or until very soft.
- 3. Transfer the cooked peas to a blender. Add breastmilk or formula and blend until smooth and creamy.
- 4. Serve warm or at room temperature. Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days.
- 5. If desired, add more breastmilk or formula to adjust the consistency.
