  • Green peas1 cup
  • Breastmilk1/4 cup

Steps

  1. 1. Rinse and drain the peas if using frozen.
  2. 2. Place the peas in a steamer basket and steam for 10-15 minutes, or until very soft.
  3. 3. Transfer the cooked peas to a blender. Add breastmilk or formula and blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4. Serve warm or at room temperature. Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days.
  5. 5. If desired, add more breastmilk or formula to adjust the consistency.
