Rinse and drain the peas if using frozen.
Place the peas in a steamer basket and steam for 10-15 minutes, or until very soft.
Transfer the cooked peas to a blender. Add breastmilk or formula and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve warm or at room temperature. Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days.
