Cook the chicken: Place the chicken meat in a saucepan and add water enough to submerge the chicken. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Blend the chicken: Transfer the cooked chicken and about one tablespoon of the chicken water to a blender. If the blender needs more liquid, add slightly more. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Mix the Chicken Paste: Mix the blended chicken meat mixture with breastmilk or formula.
Serve: Allow it to cool down if needed. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
