Peel, core, and chop the apple.
Pan-fry the chopped apples and cover with a lead. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until very soft. Stir it sometimes so that it doesn't get burned.
Add the breast milk/formula and blend or mash until smooth and creamy.
If desired, add more breast milk/formula to adjust the consistency.
Make sure to cool it down. Serve warm or at room temperature. Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days.
