- Lentils30 g
- Breastmilk1/2 cup

Steps
- 1. Rinse the lentils thoroughly. Add lentils in a saucepan and water enough to submerge the lentils.
- 2. Cook the lentils in medium low heat for 15 minutes, or until it is soft.
- 3. Transfer the lentils to a blender. Add one tablespoon of the leftover water so that it can be blended.
- 4. Add the mixture into breastmilk or formula, and mix it well.
