Steps
- 1. Place the roughly-cut carrot in a steamer basket and steam for 10-15 minutes, or until very soft.
- 2. Transfer the cooked carrot to a blender. Add the breastmilk or formula and blend until smooth and creamy.
- 3. Serve warm or at room temperature. Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days. If desired, add more breast milk/formula to adjust the consistency.
