Create a simple and tasty meal for your baby with Easy Fried Rice. This dish combines soft-cooked rice with finely chopped vegetables and a hint of mild soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Brown rice3 1/2 cups
  • Green onions2 pieces
  • Egg2 pieces
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Chicken breast1 cup

Steps

  1. 1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. 2. Heat pan. Add 1 teaspoon of oil. Add eggs and scramble.
  3. 3. Remove cooked eggs and set aside.
  4. 4. Add the rest of oil (2 teaspoons) to pan. Stir fry rice, breaking up lumps by pressing rice against pan.
  5. 5. Add cooked meat and/or vegetables. Stir fry until heated.
  6. 6. Add green onions, reserved eggs and sauce to taste. Serve hot.
  7. 7. Cover and refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
