- Onions150 g
- Carrots150 g
- Spices, chili powder3 Tbsp
- Spices, cumin1 tsp
- Garlic3 cloves
- Chipotle powder1 tsp
- Black beans15oz can
- Kidney beans15oz can
- Pinto beans15oz can
- Tomatoes28oz can
- Cocoa powder1 Tbsp
- Vegetable broth1.5 Cups
- Salt1 g
- Spices, black pepper1 g
- Green onions20 g
- Cilantro20 g
- Sour cream80 g
- Cheese80 g
- Lime45 g

Steps
- 1. In a large pot heat the oil over med heat and add the onion, bell pepper, and carrots. Sauté until the veggies start to soften (7-10mins)
- 2. Add garlic, chili & chipotle powders, cumin and stir until fragrant (1-2mins)
- 3. Add beans, tomatoes, veggie broth and cocoa powder. Stir until everything is combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20-25 mins
- 5. Remove from heat, let cool, serve, add fave toppings and enjoy!
