Ingredients
- Greek yogurt, plain2 cups
- Honey2 tbsp
- Dried cranberries1 tbsp
- Pumpkin seeds1 tbsp
- Strawberries30 g
- Kiwi fruit150 g

Steps
- 1. Mix the yogurt and honey together until combined then add the dried cranberries and the pepitas and mix well.
- 2. Line a baking tray with foil or parchment paper and pour the yogurt mixture on top to your desired thickness. โ
- 3. Sprinkle the fresh fruit on top and place it in the freezer for 2-4 hours or until it is completely frozen. โ
- 4. Remove from the freezer. Break the bark into pieces using a sharp knife and enjoy immediately or put in a freezer bag and save for later!โ
