Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt, plain2 cups
  • Honey2 tbsp
  • Dried cranberries1 tbsp
  • Pumpkin seeds1 tbsp
  • Strawberries30 g
  • Kiwi fruit150 g

Steps

  1. 1. Mix the yogurt and honey together until combined then add the dried cranberries and the pepitas and mix well.
  2. 2. Line a baking tray with foil or parchment paper and pour the yogurt mixture on top to your desired thickness. โ 
  3. 3. Sprinkle the fresh fruit on top and place it in the freezer for 2-4 hours or until it is completely frozen. โ 
  4. 4. Remove from the freezer. Break the bark into pieces using a sharp knife and enjoy immediately or put in a freezer bag and save for later!โ
