Ingredients
- Pasta1 cup
- Black beans 1 can
- Corn 1 can
- Red bell pepper150 g
- Cherry tomatoes10
- Olive oildrizzle
- Spices, garlic powderto taste

Steps
- 1. Boil & drain 1 cup legume pasta of your choice (I used @barillaus protein+ bowtie pasta)
- 2. Mix in 1 can no/low sodium black beans, drained
- 3. Mix in 1 can no/low sodium yellow corn, drained
- 4. Add chopped red and orange bell peppers
- 5. Add chopped grape tomatoes
- 6. Drizzle with olive oil
- 7. Add seasonings of your choice (I used pepper, garlic powder, a splash of lemon and a tiny bit of salt)
- 8. Mix everything together, serve and enjoy!
