Ingredients
- Oats1 cup
- Flax seeds2 tsp
- Spices, cinnamon 1 tsp
- Winter squash (butternut, acorn, buttercup, etc.)2 cups
- Vanilla extract1 tsp
- Almond milk, unsweetened1 cup
- Chia seeds2 tsp
- Spices, ground nutmeg1/2 tsp
- Spices, cardamom1/4 tsp
- Maple syrup2 tbsp

Steps
- 1. Microwave the squash for about 30sec-1min until soft
- 2. Using a food processor or blender, purée the squash until smooth
- 3. Add all remaining ingredients into a medium mixing bowl making sure everything is well combined
- 4. Mix in the butternut squash purée making sure everything is thoroughly combined
- 5. Divide the mixture into 2 8 oz mason jars or 2 glass containers and attach the lids
- 6. Allow the oats to sit in the fridge overnight (or a min of 4 hrs.)
- 7. Remove, heat if you choose (they can also be enjoyed cold), top with toppings of choice, serve, and enjoy
