Ingredients

  • Egg200 g
  • Ricotta cheese3/4 cup
  • Milk180 ml
  • Cheese1/2 cup
  • Mushrooms8 pcs
  • Breadcrumbs1 cup
  • Honey mustard dressing1 tsp
  • Cherry tomatoes6 pcs

Steps

  1. 1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Grease a 12-hole muffin tray and line each hole with a square of baking paper. Set aside.
  2. 2. Place all the ingredients, except the cherry tomatoes, into a large bowl and mix well to combine.
  3. 3. Use a 1/4 cup measure to scoop the mixture into the muffin tray. Top each frittata with half a cherry tomato and a sprinkling of tasty cheese.
  4. 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or golden brown and crispy-looking on top.
