Ingredients
- Egg200 g
- Ricotta cheese3/4 cup
- Milk180 ml
- Cheese1/2 cup
- Mushrooms8 pcs
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Honey mustard dressing1 tsp
- Cherry tomatoes6 pcs

Steps
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Grease a 12-hole muffin tray and line each hole with a square of baking paper. Set aside.
- 2. Place all the ingredients, except the cherry tomatoes, into a large bowl and mix well to combine.
- 3. Use a 1/4 cup measure to scoop the mixture into the muffin tray. Top each frittata with half a cherry tomato and a sprinkling of tasty cheese.
- 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or golden brown and crispy-looking on top.
