Ingredients

  • Date12 pcs
  • Orange juice100 g
  • Almonds1 cup
  • Coconut oil1/3 cup
  • Chia seeds1 tbsp
  • Cacao powder1/2 cup
  • Shredded coconut1/2 cup

Steps

  1. 1. Place dates into a small bowl and cover with just enough orange juice to cover the dates. Soak for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Add soaked dates and all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined.
  3. 3. Using wet hands, roll into small bite sized balls and then toss in the extra coconut.
  4. 4. Store in the fridge or freezer until use.
