Prepare the Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. Cut into small, bite-sized pieces (about 2–3 cm) for little hands.
Set Up Coating Station: Place breadcrumbs in one bowl and finely ground oats in another. Whisk the egg in a third bowl.
Coat the Shrimp: Dip each shrimp piece in the whisked egg, then roll it in the ground oats, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs. Press lightly to ensure the coating sticks.
Air Fry the Shrimp: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place the shrimp bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and brush lightly with melted butter. Cook for 8–10 minutes or until golden and cooked through, flipping halfway.
Cool and Serve: Allow shrimp bites to cool to room temperature before serving to your toddler.
