Ingredients
- Ground chicken500 g
- Onions1, red, chopped
- Garlic2 cloves crushed
- Green summer squash (zucchini)1 pc, coarsely grated
- Parmasan cheese1 tbs
- Sun-dried tomatoes2 tbs
- Spices, oregano2 tsp chopped
- All-purpose flour1/3 cup
- Babybel cheese3 pcs, peeled, quartered
- Vegetable oil2 tbs
- Vegetable mixto serve

Steps
- 1. Combine all ingredients (except cheese and oil) in a large bowl and mix well to combine.
- 2. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions. Roll one portion into a ball. Press one piece of the cheese into the centre of the meatball and roll to enclose cheese. Roll into a ball and then roll in flour to coat. Shake off excess flour. Repeat with remaining meatball portions, cheese and flour.
- 3. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Carefully place meatballs into pan and cook, turning, for 10-12 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
- 4. Remove meatballs from pan and serve with salad or steamed vegetables.
