This version has a refreshing hint of mint and if you're feeling extra fancy you have the option of adding some sparkling water for a bit of fizz. This recipe is easy peasy and tastes absolutely delish without a whole lot of extra ingredients or fuss! I promise you'll have this on repeat all summer long!⁠ Source: Instagram/ itsthecardamom

Ingredients

  • Watermelon4 cups
  • Lemon juice60 g
  • Fresh mint4-5 sprigs
  • Sparkling water1 can (optional)

Steps

  1. 1. Throw the watermelon into the blender⁠
  2. 2. Squeeze the lemons⁠ and add their juice⁠
  3. 3. Toss in the mint⁠
  4. 4. Blend it all up⁠
  5. 5. Once blended you can add 1 can of sparkling water if you choose (I used watermelon flavored LaCroix)⁠
  6. 6. Mix, pour and enjoy!⁠
