This version has a refreshing hint of mint and if you're feeling extra fancy you have the option of adding some sparkling water for a bit of fizz. Ingredients
- Watermelon4 cups
- Lemon juice60 g
- Fresh mint4-5 sprigs
- Sparkling water1 can (optional)

Steps
- 1. Throw the watermelon into the blender
- 2. Squeeze the lemons and add their juice
- 3. Toss in the mint
- 4. Blend it all up
- 5. Once blended you can add 1 can of sparkling water if you choose (I used watermelon flavored LaCroix)
- 6. Mix, pour and enjoy!
