Ingredients
- All-purpose flour1 1/4 cup
- Hemp seeds 1 cup
- Oats3/4 cup
- Baking powder1 tbsp
- Salt3/4 tsp
- Egg2 pcs
- Milk1 cup
- Butter1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract1 tsp
- Cocoa powder1/3 cup
- Maple syrup1/2 cup
- Chocolate chips, dark1/2 - 3/4 cup

Steps
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease muffin tin with non-stick spray or butter. You can also use muffin liners if that's easier!
- 2. In a medium bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients - flour, hemp hearts, oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt
- 3. In a medium bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients - eggs, milk, maple syrup, butter, and vanilla
- 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, and stir until mixed
- 5. Stir-in chocolate chips!
- 6. Pour evenly into prepared muffin tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- 7. Transfer to cooling rack, let cool, serve and enjoy!
