Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour1 1/4 cup
  • Hemp seeds 1 cup
  • Oats3/4 cup
  • Baking powder1 tbsp
  • Salt3/4 tsp
  • Egg2 pcs
  • Milk1 cup
  • Butter1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract1 tsp
  • Cocoa powder1/3 cup
  • Maple syrup1/2 cup
  • Chocolate chips, dark1/2 - 3/4 cup

Steps

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease muffin tin with non-stick spray or butter. You can also use muffin liners if that's easier!⁠
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients - flour, hemp hearts, oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt⁠
  3. 3. In a medium bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients - eggs, milk, maple syrup, butter, and vanilla⁠
  4. 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, and stir until mixed
  5. 5. Stir-in chocolate chips!⁠
  6. 6. Pour evenly into prepared muffin tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean⁠
  7. 7. Transfer to cooling rack, let cool, serve and enjoy!⁠
