Ingredients
- Oats2 cups
- Baking powder1 tsp
- Baking soda1 tsp
- Spices, cinnamon1 tsp
- Milk1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract2 tsp
- Coconut oil2 Tbsp
- Spices, cardamom1/4 tsp
- Flax seeds2 flax eggs
- Sweet potato1 cup
- Maple syrup2 Tbsp
- Apple cider2 tsp

Steps
- 1. Make 2 flax eggs by mixing 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal with 5 Tbsp water, mix, and set aside for at least 10 mins
- 2. While your flax egg is setting, blend together the oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and cardamom until the oats become a fine powder
- 3. Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until everything is well combined, taking care not to over mix
- 4. Spoon the batter into a pan over medium-low heat forming small and even circles
- 5. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through and golden brown on the edges
- 6. Once done, let cool, top with toppings of choice and enjoy!
