Peel the sweet potato & apple then dice
Steam both the sweet potato & apple for about 10-15 minutes until soft
Remove from heat, pour into a bowl and mash thoroughly until there are no lumps
Add the flour and the infant cereal to the mixture and mix until it forms a dough
Knead the dough using your hands and roll out onto a lightly floured surface
You can use a mini cookie cutter to create shapes with the biscuits or just form rounds with your hands
Bake at 350 for 12-15 mins until golden
Remove from heat, let cool, serve, and enjoy!
