Ingredients
- Gnocchi1 or 2 packs
- Sun-dried tomatoes1 jar
- Broccoflower, raw1 small head
- Red bell pepper1 piece
- Pesto sauce1 jar

Steps
- 1. Sauté the veggies in cooking oil and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, or other seasonings of your choice
- 2. Chop the sun dried tomatoes into manageable pieces for your littles and add to the veggie mixture
- 3. Bring the water for the gnocchi to a boil
- 4. Cook gnocchi according to the instructions on the package
- 5. Once ready, drain the gnocchi, mix with the veggies and pesto, serve and enjoy!
