Ingredients
- Oats1/2 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Honey1 tsp
- Flax seeds1 tsp
- Spices, cinnamon1 tsp
- Spices, ground nutmeg1/4 tsp
- Peanut butter1 Tbsp
- Pear2 Tbsp
- Spices, cardamom1/4 tsp

Steps
- 1. Chop the fruit into bite sized pieces (If making the spiced pear oats sprinkle the pears with the cinnamon)
- 2. Add all the ingredients to a small single-serve mason jar
- 3. Mix thoroughly making sure everything is well combined
- 4. Cover the mason jars with lids and refrigerate overnight (or a min of 4 hrs)
- 5. Remove, top with toppings of choice, serve, and enjoy!
