Ingredients

  • Oats1/2 cup
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Honey1 tsp
  • Flax seeds1 tsp
  • Spices, cinnamon1 tsp
  • Spices, ground nutmeg1/4 tsp
  • Peanut butter1 Tbsp
  • Pear2 Tbsp
  • Spices, cardamom1/4 tsp

Steps

  1. 1. Chop the fruit into bite sized pieces (If making the spiced pear oats sprinkle the pears with the cinnamon)⁠
  2. 2. Add all the ingredients to a small single-serve mason jar⁠
  3. 3. Mix thoroughly making sure everything is well combined⁠
  4. 4. Cover the mason jars with lids and refrigerate overnight (or a min of 4 hrs)⁠
  5. 5. Remove, top with toppings of choice, serve, and enjoy! ⁠⁠
