Ingredients

  • Chickpeas1 can
  • Coconut oil 1 tsp
  • Spices, cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Maple syrup 1 Tbsp
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Spices, cardamom 1/4 tsp

Steps

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 325⁠⁠ F
  2. 2. You can remove the skins of the beans if you'd like, but this step is not necessary ⁠⁠
  3. 3. Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl⁠ including the beans ⁠
  4. 4. Once the beans are coated evenly with the mixture spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer ⁠⁠
  5. 5. Bake for 12-15 mins, remove, let cool and enjoy⁠!⁠
