Ingredients
- Chickpeas1 can
- Coconut oil 1 tsp
- Spices, cinnamon 1 tsp
- Maple syrup 1 Tbsp
- Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Spices, cardamom 1/4 tsp

Steps
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 F
- 2. You can remove the skins of the beans if you'd like, but this step is not necessary
- 3. Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl including the beans
- 4. Once the beans are coated evenly with the mixture spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer
- 5. Bake for 12-15 mins, remove, let cool and enjoy!
