This jam is so easy to make you'll be wondering why you ever bought jarred jam in the first place! It is the perfect addition to a PB sandwich, delicious topper for waffles, works well mixed into yogurt, and can be easily customized with any berry of your choice! Source: Instagram/ itsthecardamom

Ingredients

  • Raspberries1 cup
  • Chia seeds1 Tbsp
  • Lemon juice1 light squeeze
  • Maple syrup1/2-1 tsp

Recommended after 12 months old

Steps

  1. 1. Microwave the frozen berries in a glass mason jar or container for 1 min (you can also heat them on the stove if you prefer this method)⁠⁠
  2. 2. Remove from heat and mix in 1 Tbsp chia seeds⁠⁠
  3. 3. Stir in maple syrup⁠⁠
  4. 4. Stir in lemon juice until everything is combined⁠⁠
  5. 5. Put into the fridge to cool, once thoroughly cooled, serve as you please and enjoy!⁠⁠
