Ingredients
- Raspberries1 cup
- Chia seeds1 Tbsp
- Lemon juice1 light squeeze
- Maple syrup1/2-1 tsp

Steps
- 1. Microwave the frozen berries in a glass mason jar or container for 1 min (you can also heat them on the stove if you prefer this method)
- 2. Remove from heat and mix in 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 3. Stir in maple syrup
- 4. Stir in lemon juice until everything is combined
- 5. Put into the fridge to cool, once thoroughly cooled, serve as you please and enjoy!
