Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
These oats are hands down my new favorite thing. I've made them almost every day since I first tried the recipe 2 weeks ago and we are hooked! This oatmeal is packed with fiber, folate, protein, vitamin A, B vitamins, and healthy fats. They are low in sugar and make the perfect fall breakfast to help you and your littles start the day off right. They are so easy to make and you can modify them suit the tastes and preferences of you and your littles. Source: Instagram/ itsthecardamom
