Ingredients
- Oats 2.5 cups
- Spices, pumpkin pie1 tsp
- Oat milk, unsweetened1/4 cup
- Raisins1/2 cup
- Maple syrup 2 tbsp
- Pumpkin puree 1 cup

Steps
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a thick dough
- 3. Line a baking pan with parchment paper
- 4. Use your hands to shape 12 cookies (Note: the dough will not rise or change shape during baking)
- 5. Bake for 10 mins, remove, let cool and enjoy!
