Ingredients
- Persimmon 6 pcs
- Lemon juice2 Tbsp
- Water1 Tbsp
- Chia seeds1 tsp
- Vanilla extract1 tsp

Steps
- 1. Remove the green leafy part of the persimmon, peel, and chop into pieces
- 2. Add the chopped persimmon to a medium saucepan along with the lemon juice and bring to a simmer over medium heat
- 3. Cook for 20-25 mins until the fruit is soft and use a fork or potato masher to help break down the fruit along the way
- 4. Add the chia seeds and vanilla extract and stir
- 5. Remove the mixture from heat and transfer to a high powered blender, add the water
- 6. Blend until smooth then pour into mason jars or other glass containers to cool
- 7. Once cool, feel free to serve and enjoy!
