Ingredients

  • Oats1/2 cup
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract1/4 tsp
  • Chia seeds1 tsp
  • Greek yogurt, plain1 Tbsp
  • Peach2 Tbsp
  • Maple syrup1 tsp

Steps

  1. 1. Chop the fruit into bite sized pieces⁠
  2. 2. Add all the ingredients to a small single-serve mason jar⁠
  3. 3. Mix thoroughly making sure everything is well combined⁠
  4. 4. Cover the mason jars with lids and refrigerate overnight (or a min of 4 hrs)⁠
