Ingredients

  • Milk1 cup
  • Peach1/4 cup
  • Chia seeds 5 Tbsp
  • Vanilla extract1 tsp

Steps

  1. 1. Purée the canned peaches in a high powered blender, making sure to get rid of any large chunks⁠
  2. 2. Add the peach purée and the milk to a bowl⁠. If your baby is under 12m, choose other types of milk instead of cow's milk.
  3. 3. Mix in the vanilla extract and chia seeds, stirring thoroughly and making sure there are no clumps⁠
  4. 4. Cover the bowl with a lid and allow the mixture to set in the fridge for at least 1 hour to make the chia pudding⁠
  5. 5. Feel free to serve as is OR pour into mini popsicle molds and set in the freezer for at least 4 hours to make the frozen pops⁠
