Ingredients
- Milk1 cup
- Peach1/4 cup
- Chia seeds 5 Tbsp
- Vanilla extract1 tsp

Steps
- 1. Purée the canned peaches in a high powered blender, making sure to get rid of any large chunks
- 2. Add the peach purée and the milk to a bowl. If your baby is under 12m, choose other types of milk instead of cow's milk.
- 3. Mix in the vanilla extract and chia seeds, stirring thoroughly and making sure there are no clumps
- 4. Cover the bowl with a lid and allow the mixture to set in the fridge for at least 1 hour to make the chia pudding
- 5. Feel free to serve as is OR pour into mini popsicle molds and set in the freezer for at least 4 hours to make the frozen pops
