Ingredients

  • Oats1 cup
  • Chickpeas1 can
  • Date1 cup
  • Pecans1/2 cup
  • Spices, pumpkin pie 2 tsp
  • Vanilla extract1 tsp
  • Pumpkin puree 1/2 cup
  • Maple syrup2 tbsp
  • Chia seeds1 tbsp

Steps

  1. 1. Blend the oats in a food processor or high powered blended until a flour is formed⁠
  2. 2. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until everything is thoroughly combined in a dough like mixture⁠
  3. 3. Form the dough into balls using the palms of your hand ⁠
  4. 4. You can enjoy the energy balls as is or turn them into spiders by adding pretzel sticks for legs and mini chocolate chips for eyes!
