Happy almost LOVE day! These mini SWEET POTATO waffles will be the way to your lover’s heart! I used this easy vegan recipe from my girl @whitneyerd and it did not disappoint! Source: Instagram/itsthecardamom

Ingredients

  • Sweet potato1 piece
  • Spices, cinnamon1 tsp
  • Baking powder1 tsp
  • Salt1 g
  • Flax seeds1 egg
  • Soy milk1 cup
  • Oat flour1.5 cups
  • Spices, cardamoma sprinkle

Steps

  1. 1. Boil, drain, and mash 1 small sweet potato
  2. 2. Mix 1.5 cups oat flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 pinch salt, a sprinkle of cardamom
  3. 3. In a separate bowl mix 1/3 cup mashed sweet potato, 1 flax egg, 1 cup soy milk
  4. 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  5. 5. Lightly spray your waffle iron with oil, cook, and enjoy!
