Ingredients
- Sweet potato1 piece
- Spices, cinnamon1 tsp
- Baking powder1 tsp
- Salt1 g
- Flax seeds1 egg
- Soy milk1 cup
- Oat flour1.5 cups
- Spices, cardamoma sprinkle

Steps
- 1. Boil, drain, and mash 1 small sweet potato
- 2. Mix 1.5 cups oat flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 pinch salt, a sprinkle of cardamom
- 3. In a separate bowl mix 1/3 cup mashed sweet potato, 1 flax egg, 1 cup soy milk
- 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients
- 5. Lightly spray your waffle iron with oil, cook, and enjoy!
