Toddler-friendly no sugar added desserts FTW!! We’ve been talking sugar all week and about creative ways to help reduce the added sugar in your little’s diet. Because of that, I wanted to share with you two fun (and super easy!) recipes for toddler-friendly desserts that the whole fam is sure to love!! Source: Instagram/itsthecardamom
Ingredients
- Milk1 cup
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Mango1/3 cup
- Chia seeds 4 tbsp
Common allergens (USDA)
Recommended after 12 months old
Steps
- 1. Pour the milk into a small mason jar and add the chia seeds
- 2. Stir thoroughly
- 3. Add the vanilla extract and stir, making sure there are no clumps
- 4. Add the mango and stir
- 5. Cover and set in the fridge for at least 2 hours
- 6. Remove, top with additional mango chunks, serve & enjoy!
