Toddler-friendly no sugar added desserts FTW!! We’ve been talking sugar all week and about creative ways to help reduce the added sugar in your little’s diet. Because of that, I wanted to share with you two fun (and super easy!) recipes for toddler-friendly desserts that the whole fam is sure to love!! Source: Instagram/itsthecardamom

Ingredients

  • Milk1 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Mango1/3 cup
  • Chia seeds 4 tbsp

Common allergens (USDA)

Recommended after 12 months old

Steps

  1. 1. Pour the milk into a small mason jar and add the chia seeds
  2. 2. Stir thoroughly
  3. 3. Add the vanilla extract and stir, making sure there are no clumps
  4. 4. Add the mango and stir
  5. 5. Cover and set in the fridge for at least 2 hours
  6. 6. Remove, top with additional mango chunks, serve & enjoy!
