It's giving chia pudding, but make it Christmas. This chia pudding never disappoints! It works as a super easy festive holiday snack and can even double as dessert! It's low in sugar, packed with fiber and healthy fats, and is rich in other beneficial nutrients like calcium, vitamin D, vitamin C and so much more!⁠ ⁠ Source: Instagram/ itsthecardamom

Ingredients

  • Milk1 cup
  • Chia seeds4.5 Tbsp
  • Strawberries1 cup
  • Kiwi fruit120 g
  • Vanilla extract1 tsp
  • Honey1 tsp

Steps

  1. 1. Pour the milk 🥛 into a bowl and mix in the vanilla extract and honey (can always add more honey to taste)⁠
  2. 2. Mix in the chia seeds, stirring thoroughly and making sure there is no clumping ⁠
  3. 3. Cover the bowl with a lid and allow the mixture to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours⁠
  4. 4. Remove, spoon the pudding over chopped strawberries and kiwi or other toppings of choice, serve and enjoy!⁠
