Ingredients

  • Cashews1 cup
  • Date60 g
  • Vanilla extract1/2 tsp
  • Oats 1/2 cup
  • Greek yogurt, low fat250 g
  • Fruit300 g

Steps

  1. 1. Throw everything except the yogurt and fruit into a food processor or blender and mix until you get a nice crumb that sticks together when you form it with your hands.
  2. 2. Shape the mixture into "eggs". This will be your crust. ⁠⁠
  3. 3. Spread yogurt onto the face of each "egg" and decorate with fruit as you please. ⁠⁠
  4. 4. You can pop them into the fridge for 30 mins to set then remove and enjoy.
