Ingredients
- Cashews1 cup
- Date60 g
- Vanilla extract1/2 tsp
- Oats 1/2 cup
- Greek yogurt, low fat250 g
- Fruit300 g

Steps
- 1. Throw everything except the yogurt and fruit into a food processor or blender and mix until you get a nice crumb that sticks together when you form it with your hands.
- 2. Shape the mixture into "eggs". This will be your crust.
- 3. Spread yogurt onto the face of each "egg" and decorate with fruit as you please.
- 4. You can pop them into the fridge for 30 mins to set then remove and enjoy.
