These pizza hearts are a great V-Day treat but are honestly going to be a winner at any given time of year! While many associate pizza with being a less nutrient-dense option, this easy at home version is everything but! This pizza is packed with whole grains providing B vitamins and fiber for digestion, calcium from the cheese to help support strong teeth and bones, vitamin C and protective antioxidants from the tomato sauce and a number of different beneficial nutrients from the basil Source: Instagram/ itsthecardamom
