Ingredients
- Pecans2/3 cup
- Oats2 cups
- Spices, cinnamon2 tsp
- Baking powder1 tsp
- Salt3/4 tsp
- Soy milk3/4 cup
- Maple syrup1/3 cup
- Flax seeds2 flax eggs
- Vanilla extract2 tsp
- Blueberries16 oz
- Spices, ground nutmeg1/4 tsp

Steps
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375 and grease a 9" square baking dish
- 2. In a medium bowl combine oats, pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt
- 3. In a separate bowl combine milk, maple syrup or honey, and flax egg
- 4. Set half of the blueberries aside
- 5. Mix the wet and dry ingredients, fold in half of the blueberries, and spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish
- 6. Scatter the remaining berries on top of the dish. Bake for 45 minutes, remove and let cool, then serve & enjoy!
