Ingredients
- Tofu1 lb
- Spices, cumin1 tsp
- Spices, garlic powder1 tsp
- Parsley1 tsp
- Spices, chili powder1 tsp
- Olive oilsprinkle
- Spices, onion powder1 tsp

Steps
- 1. Cube the tofu into bitesized pieces* (or strips for younger babes)
- 2. Sprinkle generously with olive oil
- 3. Season using your seasonings of choice and make sure all pieces are coated evenly
- 4. Pop it the oven at 425 for 20-25 mins until browned around the edges
- 5. Serve and enjoy! *If you are using a different brand you may need to press the tofu first to remove the water
